Walnut Grove Farms -- Summer Shows

Every year the farm that I ride at hosts several shows. The past two years I've had the honor of photographing those shows, and I love it! It allows me to combine the two hobbies that shaped me into the person I am today. Without horses I wouldn't be as confident as I am. I'd still be too shy to stick up for myself and want I want. Without photography I wouldn't have a creative outlet. I wouldn't have met and created as many relationships as I have now. Now that I've finally combined the two I've been doing so many shoots with riders and their horses and I love seeing the bonds that they have. Horses have so much personality and spunk, and every single horse is different than any other.

These horse shows started my interest in horse photography, and I can't wait to see where it takes me.
